“I hope you like what you are seeing because I made this work to make you smile. Yes, you, because you deserve to be happy.” – Sean Greenberg
My love for all things art began a young age. I’ve been painting ever since I could stick my fingers in paint. I’ve also loved making art and creating things with my hands. Growing up with dyslexia, art has always been an outlet for me and all the crazy ideas floating around in my head. I’ve loved bringing these to life in my illustrations and paintings.
I studied Visual Arts and Illustration at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. During my time there, we had a nickname for our course, Killistration due to the high volume of work my classmates and I had to pump out each and every day for our classes. The fierce production schedule of school allow us to hone our skills at a rate we wouldn’t be able to on our own.
I started my career as a freelance artist in 2014 and since then, have had the opportunity to showcase my artwork at a number of shows and galleries around Hamilton and the GTA. Presently, I work part-time as a reservist with the Canadian Armed Forces and full-time as a freelance artist. I’m always seeking out new opportunities to showcase and sell my artwork, and collaborate with artists and non-artists alike. Check out my Artist CV for a list of shows and exhibits I’ve done.
Currently, you can find my artwork and merchandise at the James North General Store in Hamilton. You can also find my artwork online at Society6 and TeePublic. Interested in learning more about me? Would you like to feature my artwork in your shop? Take a look around, give me a shout if you have any questions and be sure to connect with me on social media.
Thanks to everyone who came out to my booth during the 2018 Show Season!
Stay tuned for shows I’ll be attending in 2019.
Why work with me? One of the biggest thrills I have while creating art is solving problems you didn’t even know you had, by coming up with tiny little details that speak volumes to what it is that makes you or your business special.
I will take the time to get to know you and your aspirations for your business. I’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure that the final art or design I deliver is not only what you require, but is something that you will love.
Over the years, I’ve acquired a vast range of skills in both traditional and digital media. While I work primarily in watercolour and ink, I’m also skilled in graphic design, animatics, oil painting, black and white drawings and calligraphy. I also have considerable experience with custom designs, including logo and branding materials, wedding stationery and custom watercolour paintings.
